Long story short: one of my friends and I offered to do flowers for a friend's wedding several years ago.  I was hooked!  About a year later, Robbie's parents' neighbor (got that?!) who was retiring from the flower business taught me lots of great things about flowers, let me be her 'apprentice,'  and sold me her cooler.  Every week I do arrangements for local churches, and an occasional wedding.

My favorite weddings to do flowers for are those where the bride says, "Just do your thing!"  Sunday I was blessed with one of those brides!  She told me that the bridesmaids' dresses were apple red, so we decided to do really bright flowers for their bouquets.  Unfortunately, these were the best pictures that I got of them.  Here they are pre-handtied and not tweaked all the way.
