So can I just leave it at 'it was fun?!' No, I can't, because you know I like to explain everything. In detail. :)
As I mentioned before, we went with Robbie's parents. Saying they're generous is the understatement of the century. They take us to the beach every single year to an incredible condo and feed us the whole time. Oh, and they let our kids come, too! ;)
Robert and the beach were not friends. So he only went once, and we were all fine with that. Especially Robert.
The girls adored the beach. MC was still a little bit leery after last year's debacle when she stepped on a shell. She warmed up quickly, though!
We all know that Ellie was happy at the beach, because Ellie is happy wherever she goes!
She was especially happy during our beach trip this year because she turned seven while we were there!
Ellie also lost a tooth at the end of our trip! According to her, the Beach Tooth Fairy is just as nice as the Home Tooth Fairy because she left her tooth and more money. Robbie and I were on a date the night she lost the tooth, so this is a picture that Mary sent me from her phone!
The day of her birthday, we took Ellie and Mary Claire to see 'Madagascar 3.' After the super-cute movie, Ellie saw these trampolines and wanted to jump on one. Wait. What?! Robbie and I were so floored that $7 and two bungee cords later, Ellie was up in the air!
I try really hard to not randomly end a post, but it's 11:00 pm and I'm tired! So, goodnight for now, and I'll finish our trip tomorrow! :)
