Fourth Family Fun

Being at the beach for two weeks spoiled me in so many ways.  One of them is that I got used to having Robbie with us all of the time.  When I realized that yesterday was the Fourth, and he would not have to work, I got super-excited!!  I love having my whole family together!

We decided at the last minute to take the kids to see fireworks.  I made a quick call to the Smith Family to see where they were going to watch the show, hoping they wouldn't say downtown.  Of course, they had somewhere else we could go and not have to deal with so much traffic.  Whew!!

 

Also at the last minute, I remembered that Ellie had a flag dress.  Well, I couldn't put a bishop on her and leave MC and Robert in play clothes.  I managed to find this sweet blue and white dress for MC and put a nine-month bubble on Robert (it wasn't buttoned all the way...).  Whew.  Again.

Too bad getting a picture of all three of them is almost impossible.  Here's what it looks like to try to take a pic of all three...

Now MC is going to try to get Robert to cooperate...
