Big Bad Wolf

Here is the first picture that Ellie drew on her new dry erase board. Needless to say, we were quite impressed. (However, nothing this good has been drawn since, so we're beginning to think it was a coincidence that turned out to look like a jellyfish and the big bad wolf! But, who knows?!)

In other big writing news, Ellie can write the letter E all on her own! After much prodding and practicing from her teacher mommy, she discovered her own way to make an E. I kept trying to show her, "one straight line and one, two, three, that's the way you make an E!" Well, she found that writing the three lines first, then drawing the straight line down the side works much better. Hmmm, seems like the start of having a big girl! And to think, there's another one on the way! Robbie and I will never be wrong again! :)
