Alright, all you designing divas...I need help! I want to put something on the windows in Ellie's new big girl room, but I don't know what to do. I'm thinking some kind of cornice, but I don't know what color to do or shape. I also think that I need something on the wall on the left. Plus, I am thinking that it might need another color for some pop. Please help!

how about a scallop cornice? and, i cant remember what color that cross is, but it looks like a pale blue...you could tie that in on the left wall, or do a collage of pictures in different 'antiqued' frames.
So, what did you end up doing with the room? It is absolutely beautiful already - but I was thinking a hot pink accent wall would look good, or I also always love brown and pink, but since I'm probably almost a year behind in reading your blog, you probably don't even live in the same house anymore :-)....hee hee
