Party People

Two parties in one day was too much fun! The first party was a gymnastics party for our sweet friend, Mae. All of the girls had the best time jumping on the trampoline, going through the obstacle course, and flying into the foam pit. Ellie would not ride to zip line into the foam pit, but she did let Robbie throw her into it from the trampoline. Go figure. Once Robbie saw how much fun the foam pit was, he needed in on the action, too. So, he flung his body off of the trampoline, making all of us really nervous. That wasn't enough, so he had to go off of the vault. I have a picture of the trampoline jump, but the whole vault thing was too much for me to watch! After being summoned from the foam pit by the manager of the gym, Robbie joined the rest of us for cookie cake (love it!) and presents. So, maybe Robbie was the one who had the best time! After a quick rest, we went to celebrate Hadyn, another fun friend from church. By this time Robbie was in Auburn for the game, so I was on my own with the chickies. Normally I wouldn't care, but the theme of the party was 'circus.' Know what circus means? Clowns. As in, people dressed up in a costume. This equals shaking and crying from one of my little preciouses. Thank goodness the only 'clowns' were girls wearing silly clothes to paint faces. Ellie got a baseball painted on her hand for her daddy. Crisis averted! Ellie actually surprised me and got on the big swingset with Avery. Stephanie (Avery's mommy) knows Ellie well enough that she pushed her very lightly. After a few minutes, Ellie was flying (almost!) as high as Avery! Plus, Ellie climbed up a ladder onto the playground. I was amazed at this brave little thing! More playing, some cake, some ice cream, and lots of fun treats later, we headed home to watch the Auburn game.
Our little snaggletooth. She has one tooth that is really showing on top, and two that are really trying to get bigger!
As you can imagine, we were all worn out! Thanks, friends, for fun times! We love you!
