My stepmom's family has their annual reunion there every second Saturday of July. For many years growing up, I loved traveling here each summer. I have always been extremely blessed that my stepmom's entire family acts like I've always been part of their clan.
Since my stepmom's parents (Great-Gran and Grandbob) were going to be there, I thought it would be fun to let the kids experience Grove Hill, too.

We also got to meet sweet Leeland, my cousin Ashley's little boy.
Nana and Papa were there, too!
The girls knew we were going to see family, but they didn't know they would get to play in the rain,
see baby chicks and a chicken coop,
and play with a sweet puppy!
They also didn't realize that this was just the start of a fun and family-filled two weeks! Two days later we flew to Pennsylvania to see more family!! Stay tuned...
