Ellie's Art Show

Robbie sure loves this girl!

Today Robbie and I went to Ellie's school to see all of the art work that she's done since January. We were super-impressed with her big snowman, red farm complete with animals, handprint butterfly, and yellow duck. However, we were more impressed with her teacher's patience to 'help' eight kids do so many different projects! The mysterious paint on Ellie's clothes was definitely explained today!

After we saw Ellie's art work, we had lunch with her in the cafeteria. Robbie and I love it that we can both be there for everything that Ellie does. It's such a joy to see her eyes light up when we come to her classroom, then for her to tell all of her friends who we are and be proud of it! Trust me, we're eating it up now because we know that those days may not last! Watching Ellie play with all of the friends that she talks about on her car ride home on Tuesdays and Thursdays is fun, too.
