Today Ellie got to go to a Fancy Nancy tea party. If you don't know who Fancy Nancy is, she is the epitome of a girly-girl. Her books are wonderful! If you have a girl, you must check these out! I love these books and wish they had been around when I was younger. I love it that I get to read with them with Ellie now!Okay, enough of my Fancy Nancy plug. Ellie got decked out in her 'finest' clothes, jewelry, and shoes. At the party, the girls got to prance around in their fancy clothes, then have lunch at little tables complete with fresh flowers. This party would have been my dream-come-true when I was her age!
I just love having a girl....and think, I have another one to be girly with, too!
